Who are we?
Audio Brewers is a boutique developer of professional spatial audio software, dedicated to creating tools and technologies that are natively designed for Ambisonics and immersive audio workflows. As a pioneer in this field, we build innovative plugins, immersive mixing tools, and 3D audio solutions that simplify the production process while maintaining exceptional audio quality.
Our mission is to make spatial sound design accessible to composers, sound designers, audio engineers, and post-production professionals by developing intuitive, high-performance software that “just works.” Whether you’re creating music, working on film or television, producing content for virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), or designing interactive experiences for Dolby Atmos or even custom speaker arrays, Audio Brewers offers reliable and elegant tools built to meet the demands of modern workflows.
Audio Brewers was founded by Alejandro Cabrera, a sound designer and musician with formal training in modern music (Jazz), Sound Engineering, and an MSc in Sound Design. With over a decade of experience and contributions to the development of hundreds of audio products, Alejandro established Audio Brewers to bridge the gap between artistic creativity and technical innovation in immersive audio.
Our product line includes advanced plugins that work natively in Ambisonics allowing users to expand their work to infinite speaker arrays — including but not limited to stereo, surround, binaural, Dolby Atmos, VR/AR, and custom multi-speaker installations. Each plugin is designed to integrate smoothly with popular DAWs and supports efficient workflows for both stereo users and spatial audio specialists.
In addition to software, Audio Brewers develops a curated selection of Ambisonics-native sample libraries, recorded, mixed, and delivered entirely in Ambisonics. These libraries provide composers and musicians with immersive-ready content that enhances realism and depth in sound design, while still including high-quality stereo mixes to support traditional workflows.
